Media Center - Julie Evans

Welcome to the CRMS Media Center

I'm Ms. Evans, the Media Specialist at CRMS. I began my teaching career at CRMS in 2006 as an 8th Grade ELA/Social Studies teacher. I was the girl's softball coach for CRMS from 2007 - 2011, and the Academic Team coach from 2015 - 2023. In May 2012 I was elected as the 2012 - 2013 Teacher of the Year for Cowan Road Middle School. In November 2012, I was elected the Teacher of the Year for the Griffin-Spalding School District. I moved from the classroom to the media center in the Fall of  2013. In enjoy sharing my passion of reading with our students and always try to find a way to incorporate literacy in each subject.

Hours and Checking Out

The media center is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 4:00. 

Student are allowed to check out two books at a time and books are due 14 days after the check out date.
