GSCS School Clerks were treated to a Clerk and Canvas Appreciation Luncheon today. GSCS Senior Cabinet and Executive Secretaries hosted the luncheon for the school clerks. This week, middle and high school spring student athletes participated in the Beyond Self Athletes' Assembly, led by Community Partner and Mentor David Johnson. The Beyond Self Athlete Program is meant to grow student leadership skills, build character and improve school culture. Athletes were told they are all Persons Of Influence (POI) and the importance of the 3 R's: Respect Yourself, Respect Others and Take Responsibility. Keynote Speaker Tunji Adebayo inspired student-athletes to develop the skills and attitudes they need to recognize their potential.
