My name is Theresa Love Lubin. As I embark on my 28th year in education, I am honored to serve my community as the Proud Principal of Cowan Road Middle School.  I am passionate about educating and empowering children to become leaders not only for their families and  communities- but for their future selves. 

There are great things on the horizon and we invite our parents and stakeholders to partner with us and  “Join the Movement.”  Our path to success will be realized through Purposeful intentions, unwavering Perseverance, and continuous Progress-”The Panther Way”. Working together, we will build confident, academically-sound scholars primed to march towards career and college readiness with confidence.

Every child deserves to feel the exhilaration of success. The staff and I are excited about the coming year and all of its opportunities to support our students and provide space for them to lead,  thrive, and  become the best version of themselves. We will teach our young scholars to choose excellence in everything that they do. At Cowan Road Middle School, we believe that “Excellence is the Expectation and Exceptional is the Standard”.
