Athletic Director - Brian Pollette

Mr. Pollette enters his role as Athletic Director with a deep sense of purpose and a passion for helping students become the best versions of themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally. With a commitment to mentorship, high standards, and personal growth, he brings a servant-leader mindset to every interaction, empowering scholars to reach their full potential both on and off the field. Mr. Pollette is a graduate of University of North Georgia. At CRMS he has previously served as a 6th Grade Mathematics Teacher. Prior to stepping into the role, as CRMS Athletic Director and Physical Education Teacher.

For Mr. Pollette, athletics is more than competition it's a platform for transformation. His gym is a safe space where every student feels welcomed, valued, and supported a true home away from home. Through fitness, discipline, and teamwork, he teaches life lessons that extend far beyond the classroom walls. He believes that by building healthy habits and encouraging a growth mindset, students will carry these skills with them for life.

As a mentor and role model, Mr. Pollette is dedicated to fostering a culture where students feel seen and supported. His goal is to be the kind of leader students remember years later—the one who motivated them, believed in them, and helped shape who they became.

In his words, “This field is not just a job—it’s my calling.” With that mindset, Mr. Pollette is committed to leading with integrity, growing alongside his students, and setting a high standard for the next generation.
